This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resources. Oversee HVAC installation projects in commercial settings such as hospitals and schools. Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed successfully. Prepare and review project estimates and budgets, managing change orders as necessary. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Implement building automation systems and ensure proper integration with HVAC systems. Prepare forecasting reports and project updates for stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and building automation. Proven experience in estimating project costs and managing budgets. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
