As an installation superintendent, you’ll play a pivotal role in the management and administration of large, monumental woodwork projects at commercial construction jobsites from start to finish, coordinating between teams of carpenters, other trades, project managers, and general contractors. Candidate must live within a commutable distance to our Austell, GA office. About the
Role:

Coordinate with the client and ONSITE team to complete custom woodwork project installation from start to finish Administer, maintain, and ensure compliance of all jobsite safety standards Ensure installation of all custom woodwork products adhere to AWI QCP Attend all required trade, safety, coordination, and other meetings Coordinate with multiple trades, construction management and respective supervisors Maintain labor logs, work tickets, inspections, and logistics Maintain and evaluate scheduling Provide all required reports to Project Managers Administer all punch list requirements, scheduling, and software updates
About You:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Servant leader who puts others first Teachable attitude-open to learn and even fail at times Woodwork/millwork/carpentry experience (5-25+ years) with at least 5 years as a field superintendent Expertise and experience in professional relationship building Technologically skilled (computer literate, Excel, Bluebeam, Esub Software, etc.) OSHA 30-hour Card Project scheduling experience Located within a commutable distance from our Austell, GA office.
