Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Land Development Project Manager to lead site development projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for a licensed professional with strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a desire to play a critical role in guiding projects and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of land development projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Oversee project design, permitting, budgeting, and scheduling. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and consultants to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Lead internal project teams and delegate tasks effectively. Provide technical oversight and quality assurance throughout project lifecycle. Monitor budgets, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia required. 6+ years of experience in civil site design and land development. Proven experience managing land development projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal development regulations and permitting processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software. Excellent communication, team leadership, and organizational skills.
