About The Role They are seeking a highly motivated Project Executive / Market Leader to join their team in Smyrna, GA. The ideal candidate will come from an operations background and be a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for construction. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of 12 staff. Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. Maintain and build on client relationships Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control measures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams. Rewards And Benefits My client is paying between $150,000 – $185,000 per annum as a base salary plus competitive bonus.
