This dual-role position involves overseeing commercial interior construction projects from estimation through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estimating, project coordination, and field operations within the commercial sector. We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, a sharp eye for detail, 5-10 years successful experience in the Metro Atlanta market, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget—someone we can count on to get the job done right.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, bids and buy outs. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents for accurate scope development Coordinate with clients, Architects, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies Prepare change orders and manage project documentation Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and industry regulations Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders Manage multiple commercial interior projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

Minimum 5-10 years experience in commercial construction project management and/or estimating in the Metro Atlanta area. Strong understanding of commercial interiors and tenant improvement projects Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents Knowledge of construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel for occasional out-of-town projects as needed Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety Must be able to work independently and collaboratively Valid driver’s license

Milestone Awards Schedule:
