SUMMARY:
The Regional Site Manager (RSM) will provide leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure operating efficiency and the highest level of customer service at BlackHawk Industrial customer sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors Responsible for promoting culture of safety Responsible for the management of Tool Crib Attendants and Senior Tool Crib Attendants’ performance to job requirements in assigned territory Monitors and ensures the quality of crib processes and procedures Participates in the selection process of new employees and work with HR on any employment action Monitors and ensures the quality of crib cleanliness and overall appearance Flexible during times of change including the ability to travel throughout the region. Attends RAIL meetings as needed to ensure/confirm customer satisfaction with crib performance and to provide visibility of BlackHawk leadership Responsible for approving time off for direct reports Trains all temporary employees and new hired staff in line with company policies and procedures. Monitors all company activities and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies. Builds, maintains and nurtures strong relationships with our client partner Remains informed and knowledgeable of client’s business needs Performs all work in accordance with contractual requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of ERP system Knowledge of supporting software systems Basic knowledge of hardware devices, vending machines Industrial product knowledge, competent in MRO and industrial tooling Problem solving skills Ability to communicate at all levels
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct supervisory responsibility EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Minimum 2 years of management experience 5 plus years of experience in similar role and industry preferred Familiarity with both OSHA and DOT regulations and requirements strongly preferred Results-oriented and can meet deadlines and commitments Mechanically Inclined P&L and budgeting experience preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Working conditions may include exposure to elements and climate extremes. Elements may include varied weather conditions, loud sounds, dirty surroundings, and heavy lifting. Schedule involves frequent changes or includes some weekends and evenings. Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer and other equipment. Employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision.
