We are currently seeking a highly motivated Construction Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of high-quality commercial projects across the Atlanta area. As a Superintendent, you will be on the front lines of our construction sites—ensuring excellence in safety, scheduling, execution, and communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project schedules
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance at all times
• Interpret and review project plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and workmanship
• Monitor daily/weekly progress and ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal team
• Complete daily field reports and maintain accurate project documentation
• Collaborate with project managers to drive smooth execution from pre-con to closeout What You Bring to the

Team:

• 2-3+ years of experience in commercial construction (medical, retail, ground-up, or TI preferred)
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field crews
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and strong commitment to site safety
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints with precision
• Experience with cost control, construction schedules, and on-site coordination
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction project software
• Clear communication, a high level of accountability, and a team-first attitude
