Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and uncompromising quality. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining clear communication with all project stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving project success from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project schedules, budgets, and specifications. Manage subcontractors and field personnel, providing leadership and ensuring quality workmanship. Coordinate material and equipment logistics to maintain workflow efficiency. Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety regulations and quality control standards. Lead and document weekly subcontractor coordination meetings. Maintain daily reports on construction progress and site conditions. Facilitate effective communication among clients, project managers, and field teams to resolve issues promptly. Support preconstruction efforts including bidding opportunities, scopes of work development, and site logistics planning. Review and manage the shop drawing and submittal process. Interpret and enforce contract documents to ensure compliance. Participate in budget preparation, procurement negotiations, and ongoing cost monitoring.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision and site management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project logistics, and contractor coordination. Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems proactively, and drive results. Familiarity with safety standards, quality assurance practices, and risk mitigation. Experience with construction documentation, submittals, and RFIs. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

$60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
