Qualifications:
Strong communication skills: Reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Expertise in planning: Design execution, resource allocation, and managing contingencies.
Knowledge of equipment safety, operation, and maintenance.
Familiarity with construction budgeting best practices.
Understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Exceptional organizational skills: Time management, delegation, and prioritization.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage subcontractors.
Develop and maintain CPM schedules.
Apply value engineering strategies to optimize projects.
Solve problems effectively and communicate solutions with the team.
Manage project budgets to ensure financial success.
Prioritize safety and personnel management.
