Role OverviewSuccessful candidates will engage internally and externally to build relationships and promote Ankura within the construction industry. Responsibilities + Performing detailed analyses of project schedules, budgets & costs, productivity, contracts, change orders and other issues related to design and construction + Performing data gathering activities, including document review and supervision, and managing quality control of data entry activities + Analyzing, investigating and reconciling project cost records, financial statements and related documents + Developing schedules, resource & productivity forecasts, cost analyses, and appropriate tracking logs + Preparing client deliverables and drafting communications for senior-level review + Assisting with proposal development and/or engagement planning + Supervising & developing personnel, including analysts, associates, and senior associates + Participating in practice development efforts by engaging in local industry organizations and assisting with preparation of through leadership and related activities Requirements + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university + 5+ years of experience in construction industry with focus on project management + Willingness to travel domestically and internationally + Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word + Proficient with Primavera P6 + Report to office a minimum of three days per week Preferred Qualifications + Professional Engineer (PE) License + Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent + MBA + Proficient with Microsoft Visio + Experience with damages and investigative work focused on contractual disputes, claims, and litigation #LI-AE1 Ankura is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
