Join a growing general contractor specializing in commercial construction across the Southeast. We’re seeking a Striping Supervisor to lead site striping operations on high-profile grocery store projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can oversee crews, ensure safety and quality, and manage the full lifecycle of each striping phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise striping crews on active construction sites, ensuring efficient and precise execution. Plan and manage all phases of striping: layout, surface prep, paint application, and site cleanup. Operate striping equipment when needed and ensure all tools are maintained and functioning properly. Perform quality control checks and enforce all safety protocols, including traffic control compliance. Travel regionally for projects, often requiring overnight stays for extended periods. Train, mentor, and support team members to uphold standards in performance and safety. Coordinate closely with Project Managers and field teams to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results. Track materials, hours, and job progress, providing regular updates to internal leadership. Conduct site assessments and help scope out manpower and equipment needs before work begins.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License required; must be at least 25 or have 5 years of licensed driving experience with a clean MVR. 3+ years of road striping or site marking experience (supervisory experience strongly preferred). Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to interpret site plans, layouts, and specifications. Experience operating striping machines and traffic control equipment. Willingness to travel frequently and work outdoors in various conditions. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and traffic control protocols. Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing duties in field conditions.
