$100,000 – $115,000 (DOE) + Benefits We’re growing — and we’re looking for an experienced Concrete Superintendent to join our team in Atlanta. If you’re a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of commercial concrete construction, this is your chance to play a key role in shaping the future of Georgia’s skyline. From foundations and slabs to structural concrete elements, you’ll take ownership of daily field operations across a range of high-impact projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day site operations related to concrete: foundations, walls, slabs, and more Manage crews and subcontractors with a focus on safety, quality, and performance Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specs with precision Coordinate closely with Project Managers to keep schedules and budgets on track Enforce our safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance across all sites Tackle on-site challenges with practical, proactive solutions

Experience Required:

5+ years’ experience in a Superintendent role with a strong focus on concrete work Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors across multiple phases Solid understanding of commercial concrete techniques and structural requirements Strong communication and leadership skills APPLY today for immediate consideration!
