We are seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead our Fire Protection Installation construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the team on-site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The Electrical Superintendent will play a crucial role in managing project timelines and budgets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of fire alarm installer/electrical workers on construction sites. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan work activities. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and resource allocation. Utilize software tools such as Google Suite or MS Office for project management and documentation. Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members in electrical and installtion practices and safety protocols.
