They serve as the primary company representative to general contractors and trades during construction. Between deployments, Site Managers support new project estimating and systems engineering.

As a Site Manager in the Power & Energy division, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project execution and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and schedules. Implementing safety protocols and fostering a culture of safety among all team members. Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Monitoring project progress, identifying potential challenges, and implementing solutions proactively. Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Mentoring and guiding junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Experience Level:
Preferred experience level is 3 to 10 years in the power and energy sector, with a proven track record in site management.
