The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and regulations. The Superintendent will complete TI buildout for a 700,000 square foot warehouse. Duties Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel involved in the project. Develop project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera and HeavyBid. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members. Oversee project estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation. Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members regarding project status and any issues that arise. Implement effective problem-solving strategies to address challenges encountered during construction. Skills Proficient in quality control practices within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management software, including Primavera, Procore, and HeavyBid. Experience in managing construction sites effectively while adhering to safety regulations. Familiarity with Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration. Skilled in construction estimating techniques to ensure accurate budgeting.
