The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site. Develop project schedules using tools. Manage project budgets, including construction estimating and contract negotiations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients and team members. Review blueprints and technical drawings; ensure accurate blueprint reading for effective execution of plans. Prepare reports on project status, challenges, and solutions. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and estimating practices. Proficiency in construction management software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
