Construction Manager – Light Industrial Developer 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Atlanta, GA Assist the Director of Construction in overseeing assigned projects through all phases, including design development, plan review, construction, and final delivery Ensure that all necessary construction information is shared with both the contractor and development team in a timely manner to guarantee the success of the project Manage the design team during the construction phase to ensure smooth collaboration and project progress. Experience managing construction projects for an owner/developer, including overseeing design teams during the creation of working drawings, managing general contractors throughout the construction process, delivering the finished product to customers, and managing ongoing warranty programs Hands-on experience in delivering light industrial manufacturing, warehouse, or pharma projects to buyers in roles such as development associate, construction professional, customer service representative, or similar positions across multiple projects Familiarity with construction standards for fit and finishes, as well as both commercial and residential building systems Knowledge of Georgia real estate development a plus Join an industry-leading light industrial developer dedicated to delivering world-class properties.
