Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial construction projects with values ranging from $1M to $10M. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to create scopes of work and manage project deliverables. Lead all phases of construction, including preconstruction, execution, and closeout. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards while mitigating risks. Ensure adherence to building codes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Use project management software, including ProCore and AccuMatica, for tracking, reporting, and forecasting. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews to meet performance goals. Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Strong knowledge of interior construction, tenant build-outs, and general commercial project types. Proficiency in ProCore and AccuMatica software. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. OSHA 30 certification required; PMP certification preferred.
