Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop detailed project plans that outline project scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to interpret schematics and blueprints effectively. Utilize software tools like Bluebeam and Prolog for project documentation and management. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and compliance with safety regulations. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, costs, and any potential risks. Implement project scheduling techniques using tools such as Primavera or Civil 3D. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation. Proficiency in project coordination tools such as Bluebeam, Prolog, Primavera, or Civil 3D. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
