Construction Project Manager – Commercial Interiors – Atlanta 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Atlanta, GA Manage all phases of commercial interior construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout. Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures. Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Resolve issues promptly to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication. Minimum 3 years of experience as the project manager on Class A interior construction projects in corporate, higher education, or healthcare environments with a general contractor Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse project teams. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project). Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
