Our team is looking for an experienced construction superintendent to manage our projects. You will supervise our staff and ensure projects are delivered on time. As a superintendent, your job duties include hands-on participation in physical construction, allocating and monitoring budgets as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will collaborate with various people, such as construction workers, architects, city/county officials, and engineers. Responsible for ensuring workers have sufficient information to perform their duties safely. Ability to determine when modifications may be needed for the project and take appropriate actions for approval. In order to succeed, it’s important to know how to implement quality, health, and safety standards on site. If you are organized, able to work well under pressure, and have 2+ years of experience in this field, we’d like to meet you. Bi-lingual is a plus and compensation depends on experience.
