We deal with buildouts from Inspire brands ranging from Buffalo wild wings, Potbellies, Dunkin Donuts, Jimmy Johns etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and timelines. Manage project scheduling and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Supervise construction crews and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed. Prepare construction estimates and budgets, monitoring expenses throughout the project lifecycle. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Experience Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and contract management. Proficiency in using software tools such as Fieldwire and Monday.com for project documentation and collaboration. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing complex projects.
