Construction Superintendent – Manufacturing, Warehouses, Cold Storage Scott Humphrey Corporation Atlanta, GA General Contractor looking for experienced Superintendents to lead the build out of Manufacturing, Mission Critical, and/or Food & Beverage Processing facilities.
ROLE:
Run the job site, manage crews, and keep things moving smoothly Ensure safety and quality standards are met Stay on top of schedules and budgets Communicate daily with the project team and handle on-site challenges Coordinate deliveries, materials, and logistics
EXPERIENCE NEEDED
5+ years as a Superintendent in light industrial construction Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage big projects and tight deadlines
BASE PAY
$100,000-$180,000+ Per Diem/Vehicle or Allowance Travel Housing Paid For Insurance (Medical/Vision/Dental)
