Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
Collaborating with on-site builders, crews, and inspectors/engineers to determine the specifications of the project Coordinating and mobilizing needed resources (manpower/equipment/materials) Planning all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met Coordinating and mobilizing crews and delegating responsibilities Supervising the work of crews and providing guidance when necessary Evaluating progress and communicating complete and accurate billing of projects to the office Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting any issues to senior management Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Punctuality Ability to complete paperwork in a timely manner Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English; bilingual a plus but not required Ability to understand and comply with quality, health, and safety standards
Desired Qualifications:
