Posted May 20, 2025 We are one of Atlanta’s fast growing developers with a focus in multi-family developments in Georgia. We are looking to add a Lead Superintendent to a Wrap projects in Atlanta. If you are a Lead with a recent focus building multi-family deals, please read on!

What you will do:

Current project is a 386+ unit Wrap in Atlanta
Most projects you will build are garden-style, podiums & wraps
Multi-family ground up construction, new projects
Lead ground/site crews What you need: 5+ years of Multi-family project experience
1 Project already as a Lead Superintendent start to finish
