- Key Responsibilities
- As a
- Supervisor
- , you’ll oversee field teams on commercial and residential restoration projects, ensuring work is performed to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and safety protocols. Working closely with project managers and other field leaders, you’ll help guide teams, train laborers, and uphold the Full Circle standard of excellence. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities: +
- Lead Restoration Crews
- : Direct and support up to 10 crew members to complete fire, water, and mold restoration tasks efficiently. +
- Ensure Job Site Compliance
- : Maintain adherence to safety procedures, quality standards, and project protocols. +
- Coordinate Field Operations
- : Oversee packing, cleaning, loading/unloading, and inventory control for job sites. +
- Support Training Efforts
- : Assist Project Managers with on-the-job training for general labor teams. +
- Promote a Positive Environment
- : Foster communication, teamwork, and morale across work sites.
- Skills & Experience
- Experience & Skills
- : 1-2 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or crew lead role. +
- Industry Knowledge
- : Background in restoration, construction, or other hands-on labor-intensive work preferred. +
- Physical Readiness
- : Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long hours, and work in varied environments (heat, smoke, etc.). +
- Leadership Ability
- : Strong verbal communication and the ability to motivate and lead teams. Bilingual is a plus. +
- Flexibility & Commitment
- : Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.
