As a Pre-Construction Manager! Must havesupervised craft in a self-perform environment. The candidate musthave 5 years’ experience in Heavy Industrial and InstitutionalConstruction with a background in plumbing and advanced plumbingsystems. Past project size should exceed $5 million Mustdemonstrate experience and capability for monitoring production andcontrolling costs. Familiar with management controls (i.e.,schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety)facilitated during project execution. Past personal experience as acrafts person in the mechanical trades is required andprevious/past professional licensing is a plus.

DesiredRequirements:

Must have demonstrated experience of managing others10-15 yrs experience in Heavy Industrial and InstitutionalConstruction with a background in mechanical process piping andadvanced plumbing systems. Dedicated, self-motivated with goodverbal and people skills. Demonstrate a stable work history. Musthave demonstrated experience in estimating in a hard bid market.

Must have demonstrated experience developing accurate estimatesfrom schematic design documents. Able to prioritize and workindependently. Willing to work all hours and schedules assignedThis role is Remote but you must live in the Midwest and bewillling to travel 75% and have
