Job Description
Preconstruction Manager 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Atlanta, GA 30350 We are looking to fill an immediate need for a Preconstruction Manager. The ideal candidate will be in the Atlanta area already, and have experience with conceptual schematics, design development, and analyzing cost models. You will be responsible for supervision, coordination, and completion of the project preconstruction phase, while working within contracting, scheduling estimating, and bidding parameters. If you have previous PreCon Manager experience you are encouraged to apply, as interviews are beginning next week. This job posting will be removed when the role is filled. Pay – $100,000 + depending on previous work experience
Job Requirements:
6-10 years of construction experience Must be proficient in Bluebeam software for the creation and modification of PDF documents Must be proficient in Timberline Estimating software. Must be proficient in estimating and take-off software
