Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed schematics and blueprints. Utilize construction management software, including ProCore and Primavera, for project scheduling and tracking. Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring that all phases of construction are completed on schedule. Conduct thorough reviews of plans and specifications to identify potential issues before construction begins. Facilitate communication between project teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. Provide support in the development of budgets and cost estimates for upcoming projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites. Requirements Proven experience in a construction management role or similar position. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in project coordination within a construction environment.
