Commercial Construction Project Manager
Location:
Greater Atlanta Area (Office-Based with Local Travel)

A well-established, mid-sized general contractor is actively seeking a Project Manager with a background in commercial construction to manage projects ranging from $5M-$15M in value. This firm is known for its commitment to quality, safety, and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial projects
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules
Lead procurement efforts and oversee material deliveries
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout procedures
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and field staff
Qualifications:
3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong communication and leadership abilities
