We are seeking an experienced Heavy Highway Superintendent to oversee construction projects in the heavy civil sector. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of highway and infrastructure construction, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all construction activities on heavy highway projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors and labor crews to ensure project timelines are met.
Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and reports.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and resolve issues. Qualifications Proven experience as a Heavy Highway Superintendent or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction practices and methodologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
