Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee our industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on distribution centers, warehouses, and tilt-up construction. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of industrial construction projects from planning to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial construction supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Proven experience with distribution centers, warehouses, and tilt-up construction.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
