Our client is looking for an experienced superintendent to workin the Southeast. Education construction is the focus with a strongpipeline of ground up K-12 work secured across the Southeast.
Client Details Client has 30 years experience in site development,build outs, and ground-up construction. Client is a strongcommercial construction general contractor that has a strongeducation project portfolio in the Southeast area. DescriptionPrimary site leader of all subordinate superintendents,subcontractors and suppliers. Establish project plan, maintainweekly progress and pulse of project. Manage and coordinate all jobsite operations. Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure workquality and on-time delivery of services. Maintain positiverelationship with Owners, Design Consultants, and PM’s. Coordinatewith local jurisdiction inspectors and utility companyrepresentatives to ensure compliance. Strictly enforce SafetyProgram and manage the Quality Control Program. Prepare andmaintain detailed short-term schedules. Manage accurate invoicepayment process and financial management of the project costs.
Resolve day to day field issues. Prepare daily reports with allmanpower and significant activities.
