Superintendent – Retail Construction Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Our client is actively seeking a seasoned ConstructionSuperintendent to join their team and oversee projects across theSoutheastern United States. This is a fantastic opportunity for adriven professional with a strong background in retailconstruction, particularly those with hands-on experience managingboth ground-up builds and interior retail renovations. ClientDetails Client has 30 years experience in site development, buildouts, and ground-up construction. Client is a strong commercialconstruction general contractor that has a strong retail projectportfolio in the Southeast area. Description Primary site leader ofall subordinate superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers.

Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress and pulse ofproject. Manage and coordinate all job site operations. Managelabor and subcontractors to ensure work quality and on-timedelivery of services. Maintain positive relationship with Owners,Design Consultants, and PM’s. Coordinate with local jurisdictioninspectors and utility company representatives to ensurecompliance. Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the QualityControl Program. Prepare and maintain detailed short-termschedules. Manage accurate invoice payment process and financialmanagement of the project costs. Resolve day to day field issues.

Prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities.
