Traveling Superintendent – Retail Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Job Description:

Looking for an experienced construction traveling superintendentwith at least 5 years of experience in retail/restaurantconstruction to join a top General Contractor. Client Details OurClient is a trusted General Contractor with 30 years of experiencewho specializes in retail/restaurant construction across thesoutheast. Looking to continue to grow they are seeking atravelling Superintendent to work throughout the Southeast RegionDescription Primary site leader of all subordinate superintendents,subcontractors and suppliers. Establish project plan, maintainweekly progress and pulse of project. Manage and coordinate all jobsite operations. Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure workquality and on-time delivery of services. Maintain positiverelationship with Owners, Design Consultants, and PM’s. Coordinatewith local jurisdiction inspectors and utility companyrepresentatives to ensure compliance. Strictly enforce SafetyProgram and manage the Quality Control Program Prepare and maintaindetailed short-term schedules. Manage accurate invoice paymentprocess and financial management of the project costs. Resolve dayto day field issues. Prepare daily reports with all manpower andsignificant activities. Profile 5 years of experience working inthe construction industry as superintendent Projects across theSoutheast Experience in construction, mixed commercial, retail,hospitality, mixed-use, higher education, senior living StructuralSteel construction experience preferred Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills Knowledge in Construction Management orrelated field, preferred

Job Offer Compensation:
