VP of Operations Reports to:
Company President Position Summary Description Responsible for oversight of Project Managers. This position requires that you are working while overseeing all activities on the jobsite associated with PPD scope of work. Key areas of Responsibility for this position are: 1. Oversight and coordination of Construction Operations including Project Management and Quality Control. 2. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with our clients on site representatives. Communicate and assist in dealing with issues in a professional and productive manner in the best interest of PPD. 3. Oversight of Safety for all PPD workers & sub-contractors to assure compliance with OSHA regulations and PVC Safety policies. Skills Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance management. Proven experience in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Expertise in operations management within the construction industry. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders effectively. Senior leadership experience with a track record of successful project delivery. Proficient in business development strategies that drive growth and profitability. Exceptional negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes in contracts and agreements. Strong strategic planning abilities to align construction initiatives with overall business objectives.
