The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Duties Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Utilize construction management software for project scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting. Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards. Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets, and schedules using tools such as Prolog or ProCore. Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials. Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project updates and changes. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction estimating. Familiarity with project management software such as Bluebeam. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
