Provide financial guidance, support monthly reporting, and deliver insights to drive informed business decisions. Collaborate with Project Managers on job billings and cost projections to ensure accurate monthly financial statements Assist Business Unit Leader with preparing monthly BUL reports and analyze potential issues with under billings. Assist business units with annual revenue and COGS budget forecasting. Perform contract analysis to determine billing deadlines, payment terms, billable and non-reimbursable expenses, etc. What You Bring to the Table 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or business partnering, preferably within the construction or commercial project-based industry Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Demonstrate a proficient level of professional skill and/or knowledge in accounting and keep current with developments and trends. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Must possess basic to intermediate knowledge of the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe. Must be willing to learn the following software as needed: Bluebeam, Constructware, Viewpoint and Viewpoint Field Work Center.
