Salary:
$75k – $90k per year (based on experience) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will manage the on-site execution of HVAC construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise all on-site activities during HVAC construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, crews, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and job site cleanliness. Track project milestones and maintain daily site logs and reports. Conduct regular inspections for quality assurance and compliance. Resolve job site issues promptly to avoid delays. Communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials. Lead site meetings and coordinate with engineers and clients as needed.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
5-7 years in HVAC or construction site supervision.
Certifications:
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (preferred).
