Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SeniorPreconstruction Manager with a General Contractor (GC) backgroundto join our team in the Greater Atlanta area. This role requires aproven track record in ground-up commercial construction ,including public works projects (fire stations, police stations,etc.). You will be responsible for estimating, budgeting, andmanaging the preconstruction process to ensure successful projectdelivery.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates forground-up commercial projects. Collaborate with project teams todevelop preconstruction schedules and budgets. Review and interpretproject plans, specifications, and contracts. Manage subcontractorsolicitation, bid reviews, and cost evaluations. Provide valueengineering and cost-saving recommendations. Lead preconstructionmeetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

GC Experience Required – No owner’s reps,subcontractors, or former business owners. 7-10 years of experiencein commercial construction estimating and preconstructionmanagement. Strong background in ground-up projects; diversecommercial experience is essential. Experience with public works(fire stations, police stations, etc.) is highly preferred.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in ConstructionManagement, Architecture, or Engineering (or equivalentexperience). Experience working on large-scale, complex commercialprojects.

Compensation:

Salary range: $80,000-$170,000 , based onexperience and qualifications. How to
