Full-Time | Senior-Level |Travel to Local Job Sites A reputable, fast-growing commercialcontractor is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complexprojects in the $5M-$25M range. This role is perfect for someonewith deep construction experience who can lead teams and driveprojects from preconstruction through completion.

Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple project teams, including Project Engineers andAssistant PMs Lead preconstruction efforts in collaboration withestimating teams Own the full lifecycle of the project: budgeting,scheduling, procurement, and execution Maintain close coordinationwith clients, architects, engineers, and subs Ensure high standardsfor quality, documentation, safety, and close-out Mentor juniorstaff and help shape project delivery best practices

Qualifications:

8 years of experience in commercial projectmanagement Proven record of managing large, complex commercialbuilds Familiarity with Procore or other project managementplatforms Strong financial, contractual, and communication skillsLeadership presence with the ability to drive team performance
