Duties Manage operations, licensing, staff, and family relationships Lead the school’s strategic direction toward AMS certification Oversee HR, compliance, and budgets in collaboration with Executive Director Train and mentor teachers to maintain Montessori fidelity Own parent communication, safety protocols, and quality standards Requirements 5+ years in Early Childhood Education 3+ years in supervisory/administrative role Montessori certification (AMS/AMI) preferred, or willingness to enroll CPR/First Aid certification required Strong interpersonal, leadership, and digital communication skills Must clear full background check.
