Superintendent 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 6971 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092 Job Summary The Superintendent at 5 Seasons Mechanical is responsible for overseeing the on-site operations of HVAC construction projects. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities during HVAC construction projects. Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards. Ensure that projects are completed according to the project plan, specifications, and schedule. Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Manage and oversee subcontractors and on-site personnel, ensuring they perform work according to contract specifications. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality and adherence to project plans. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Communicate project status, progress, and any issues to the project manager and other stakeholders. Ensure that materials and equipment are delivered to the job site on time and in good condition. Maintain accurate daily logs of site activities, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Assist in the preparation and submission of project reports and documentation. Facilitate site meetings and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients as necessary. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HVAC or construction management. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and safety regulations. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
