Benefits Position Overview:
Responsible for overseeing the on-site operations of HVAC construction projects. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for HVAC projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and per specifications. Enforce and uphold all safety regulations and company policies on-site. Direct and manage subcontractors and on-site crews, ensuring quality and accountability. Conduct routine inspections to verify workmanship and compliance with project plans. Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts quickly and effectively. Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to communicate progress and updates. Coordinate the timely delivery and condition of materials and equipment. Maintain accurate daily reports on personnel, equipment, and materials. Assist with project documentation, reporting, and close-out. Organize and lead site meetings, coordinating with engineers, project managers, and clients. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC or general construction management. Proven leadership with the ability to manage and motivate on-site teams. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, construction methods, and safety standards. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
