The ability to anticipate problems, critical issues, and opportunities; along with the capability to implement problem-solving solutions. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communications skills. The Project Manager will provide direction to projects, including the management of safety, quality, production and cost to our project teams. We expect our Project Managers to develop and enhance project team relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Capture, Manage and Report project financial performance Support and potentially lead negotiations with customers to include assembly project submittals to align with contract requirements. Lead procurement and bid/award phase for all major subs and suppliers. Including RFP/Bid Invite creation, vendor solicitation, technical scoping, risk analysis, budget alignment, and contract negotiations Develop, Maintain and Coordinate project financial projections Determine and allocate project estimates into company systems Evaluate and Approve invoices from subcontractors/suppliers Provide financial billings to company accounting staff Create monthly invoice billings Manage subcontracts and suppliers for the project Oversee budget for and make selections of trade partners and suppliers Handle billings and contract management to include contract buyouts Manage Project Superintendents and Design Teams Approve project field team timecards Provide feedback of work performance to company leadership Function as the main point of contact with the customer and on-site representative Help Resolve jobsite concerns for the owner or representative Provide frequent jobsite visits to build positive relationships with the customer and project team to build future work opportunities Manage change order requests Maintain schedule and budget until project completion Provide high level management of safety, quality and compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of Five Years Construction Industry Related Experience Construction Industry Related Training Relevant Industry Licenses – Electrical/Plumbing/etc. Relevant Education in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management Proven ability to manage responsibilities related to complex projects Proven experience managing design/build projects Proven professional/positive attitude with strong communication skills Strong understanding of project risk and compliance considerations Strong understanding of utilizing software programs Current Drivers License and ability to pass criminal background checks Compensation and Benefits Offered include: Competitive Salary Healthcare Insurance Dental/Vision Insurance 401k Retirement Plan Paid Time Off and Federal Holidays Eligible for Bonuses Company Truck and Fuel Card Company Expense Card
