Site Supervisor

We are looking for candidates to join our dynamic team of Site Supervisors. This team supports Hallcon’s safety goals, client service, and local staffing needs. Hallcon provides mission critical, employee transportation services to the largest railroad operators in North America. We deliver safe, reliable, innovative, consistent, and cost-effective solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities Manage staffing and training for new employees
Ensure safety through training and vehicle maintenance and cleaning
Bridging the gap between Hallcon field employees and corporate
Coordinate with the Regional Manager to ensure all assigned locations are operation at max efficiency
Work with Risk Management to report all violation, safety issues, injuries and incidents Qualifications To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to meet each essential duty and responsibility to a satisfactory level. Must be at least 21 years of age
Be able to clearlymunicate both verbally and written
Valid Driver’s License with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months to 1 year experience in team management Key Skills Strong administrative andputer skills
Great attention to detail
Quick and Decisive decision making ability
Goodmunication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely respond to inquiries
