The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in quality control, budgeting, and contract management. This role requires excellent leadership skills to coordinate teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain project timelines. Responsibilities Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Oversee the quality control process to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, Prolog, and ProCore for project management and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications. Prepare construction estimates and assist in budgeting processes for various projects. Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients regarding project status and any potential changes. Experience Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, contract management, and quality control practices. Familiarity with pipeline construction processes is a plus. Proficient in using construction management software such as Bluebeam, Prolog, and ProCore. Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to understand complex project specifications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
