Our client is a Heavy Civil and Commercial construction firm seeking a Project Manager to run projects throughout the area. Next Project will be in Chesapeake Bay, VA, but are located in Georgia primarily! An ideal candidate would have 5+ years of experience managing construction projects from cradle to grave, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply!

Compensation:

$100K-140K, DOE (plus travel!) Company vehicle or allowance plus gas card

Health, Dental, Vision Benefits Performance Based Bonus Program Requirements:

5+ years experience in the commercial and civil construction arena Experience with excavation, underground utilities and site work Familiarity with industry software Experience with public and private projects 4 Year Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field is preferred

Responsibilities:

Change orders and claims, RFIs and submittals Pay applications, purchase orders, project costs, budgets and quantities Management of the daily, weekly and monthly costs vs. budgets, oversight of the projects schedule, subcontractors and all correspondence to the owner.
