Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Superintendent to lead and manage ground-up industrial construction projects such as warehouses, factories, and distribution centers. This role is responsible for day-to-day field operations from site preparation through final turnover, ensuring compliance with engineering plans, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of commercial construction processes, particularly involving concrete structures, structural steel erection, and MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from land clearing through final inspections
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and site crews
• Manage site safety according to OSHA standards; enforce compliance at all times
• Review drawings and specifications; coordinate with project managers and engineers
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage daily construction operations
• Ensure work meets quality, code, and schedule requirements
• Coordinate installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and utilities
• Monitor budgets and project cost controls in collaboration with PM
• Maintain daily logs, inspection records, and reports
• Conduct jobsite meetings and walkthroughs with stakeholders
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate RFI and change order processes
• Ensure all work meets IBC, NEC, IMC, IPC, and local building code requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or Foreman in ground-up commercial/industrial construction
• Proven experience with cast-in-place concrete, tilt-up or precast construction, and steel structures
• Strong knowledge of commercial codes (IBC, NEC, IMC, etc.) and safety compliance (OSHA 30 certification required)
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or equivalent construction management software
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Strong leadership, time-management, and organizational skills
• Fluent or native Russian (preferred but not required)
• Valid U.

S. Driver’s License and ability to travel to job sites as needed

Preferred Certifications:

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety (required)
• First Aid / CPR Certification
• Training in fall protection, confined spaces, equipment operation
• Familiarity with NFPA 70/101, ADA, and IECC codes About the

$84,000 base salary to start, increasing to $98,000 after probationary period

Benefits:
