T5 excels at building large scale data center projects for company operational use and also partnering with Fortune 500 companies for customized projects. In addition, we continue to expand general contracting business and operate in 24 states (and growing). We need high quality individuals who are looking to grow with a company and be a leader in the future. Facilitate project meetings with design, construction and commissioning firms Manage T5 budgets and schedules Feasibility studies and cash flow management On site management of data center projects Interaction with power and fiber companies Executive level reporting Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity Interface with T5 operations team Business development Qualifications Must be proficient in: Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and CAD/Visio Individual must be driven, hardworking and dedicated, required Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, required An energetic self-starter with a “can do/whatever it takes” attitude who can perform under pressure, work successfully on tight deadlines and identify and resolve problems as they arise, required Open to frequent travel Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required 4+ years Project Management experience, required Construction industry experience, preferred Data Center experience, preferred Additional Information
